Ignite Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 September 2026. Version 3.1. Last revised 1 September 2026.

1. Introduction

Ignite, Limited Liability Company ("Ignite," "Ignite, LLC", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting the Personal Data we process about you. Ignite, LLC is the owner and operator of the Ignite mobile application ("Ignite app"), a mobile marketplace and social platform for matchmaking and coaching services, as well as www.igniteapp.co ("Ignite App Website"), a website that informs the public about the Ignite app. The Ignite app enables: (i) "Matchmakers" to build and be paid for matchmaking services, (ii) "Coaches" to build and be paid for supportive services for self-development, and (iii) "Clients" to join a matchmaking pool, receive matchmaking services, and receive coaching services that are non-medical and non-professional in nature.

This privacy policy ("Policy") explains our practices with respect to the Personal Data we process about our Matchmakers, Coaches and Clients. It also explains our practices with respect to Personal Data about individuals who appear in content, messages or information entered or uploaded by any user, and Personal Data we process in the course of our business relationships.

We process your Personal Data when you use the Ignite app or the Ignite App Website, and to provide the services we offer from time to time through the Ignite app (the "Services"). We are the business responsible for that Personal Data, which means we decide why it is processed and how.

Our approach to State privacy laws. U.S. privacy laws differ from State to State, and many of them apply only to companies above a certain size. Rather than give you different protections depending on where you live — or depending on where you lived when you signed up — we apply the strictest standard we find in any U.S. State to every member of Ignite. Where this Policy grants you a right or makes you a promise, it applies to you wherever in the United States you live, and whether or not the law of your State requires it of us.

If you have any questions about this Policy, please see Section 23 (assistance and contact information).

2. What is Personal Data?

"Personal Data" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person or household.

We also handle data that cannot identify you and is not associated or linked with you, such as deidentified, aggregated or anonymised information. That is not Personal Data and our use of it is not subject to this Policy. Where we hold deidentified information we keep it in deidentified form and do not attempt to reidentify it, except as required or permitted by applicable law.

3. Informing us of changes

It is important that the Personal Data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if it changes at any point during your relationship with us. Updates and corrections can be made in your account settings in the Ignite app.

4. Applicability of this Policy (18+ and United States only)

This Policy is provided in addition to, but does not form part of, our Terms of Service (which includes our Acceptable Use Policy) governing your use of the Ignite app, the Ignite App Website and the Services.

The Services are strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who currently reside in the United States of America, which for these purposes means any of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory. Anyone under 18, and anyone outside the United States, is not permitted to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you are 18 or older and that you live in the United States.

We ask for your date of birth when you create an account and we do not permit an account to be created with a date of birth under 18 years ago. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account, we delete the account and the Personal Data associated with it. If you believe a member is under 18, please contact us using the details at Section 23 (assistance and contact information).

5. Third-party links

The Ignite App Website and the Ignite app may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share Personal Data about you. We are not responsible for, and this Policy does not apply to, the content, security or privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy notices.

6. If you do not wish to provide Personal Data

We need to collect certain Personal Data from you to provide you with access to the Services, or to specific features of the Services, in accordance with our contract with you (our Terms of Service). We are also required to process certain Personal Data in accordance with applicable law. Please note that if you do not wish to provide Personal Data where requested, we may not be able to provide you with access to the Services or to specific features of the Services.

Several categories of information described in Section 8 (categories of Personal Data) are optional, and every field that asks about a sensitive characteristic offers a "prefer not to say" option. You can decline those fields and still use the Services, though your Matchmaker or Coach will have less to work with.

7. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when we post the revised Policy on the Ignite App Website, and each version carries an effective date and version number so you can see what changed and when. Where an update is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example by email to the address registered to your Ignite account, and by asking you to acknowledge the change in the app. Please keep your contact details current so that you receive these notices.

8. Categories of Personal Data

We process, or our service providers process on our behalf, the following kinds of Personal Data about Matchmakers, Coaches and Clients.

Category of Personal DataDescription
User DataMatchmakers and Coaches
- preferred name (the name shown to other members)
- profile username
- email address
- gender
- date of birth, which we use to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
- ethnicity (optional)
- marital status (optional)
- education level
- languages you speak fluently
- religion or spiritual practice (optional)
- the ZIP code of your main residence, together with the approximate latitude and longitude of the centre of that ZIP code, which we derive so that we can show you members and providers near you. We do not collect your device's GPS location
- profile photo
- your professional profile, which you write yourself: tagline, niche or specialism, credentials and experience, what inspired you to do this work, your matchmaking or coaching philosophy, what makes your practice different, your ideal client, your hard requirements, the qualities you see as green flags and red flags, how you view compatibility, the advice you most often give, your first-date topics, your communication style, communication methods and typical response time, what you expect of clients, the reasons you would remove a client, and any additional notes
- the services you offer, and the client types, age ranges, journey stages and challenges you work with
- your practice settings: client capacity, the age range and education requirements for your pool or roster, whether you are accepting applications, your pricing model and prices, your cancellation policy, and your weekly availability and blocked dates and times

Clients
- preferred name (the name shown to other members)
- profile username
- email address
- gender
- date of birth, which we use to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Your age, not your date of birth, is shown to other members
- the ZIP code of your main residence and how far you are willing to travel, together with the approximate latitude and longitude of the centre of that ZIP code. We do not collect your device's GPS location
- height, body type, personal style and grooming preferences
- career or occupation
- your personality self-assessment: a set of sliders covering, for example, introvert–extrovert, career–life balance, planner–spontaneous, stability–adventure, structured–flexible, homebody–outgoing, future–present focus, data–gut decision-making, listener–talker, needs space–needs closeness, and staying in–going out
- lifestyle answers, for example how you like to plan a trip and your ideal Saturday night
- what you are looking for in a partner: the genders you are looking for, preferred age range, preferred height range, preferred body types, relationship goals, social style, political views (optional), the qualities you see as green flags and red flags, your openness preferences (for example relocating, long distance, children, or being the sole provider), and any additional notes you write
- your profile photos, and which photo you set as your primary photo
- your date-planning preferences, where you choose to provide them: the activities you enjoy, your availability, your budget range, how you prefer to travel to a date, and any mobility, sensory or dietary needs you want your Matchmaker to take into account. Some of this is consumer health data — see Section 15 (consumer health data)
- your answers to the application questions a Matchmaker or Coach asks when you apply to work with them
Account DataAll members
- profile username
- your password, which is held only as a salted hash by our authentication provider. Neither we nor our staff can see or recover your password
- your avatar and profile photos
- your relationships on Ignite: for Clients, the Matchmaker pools you have applied to or joined and the Coaches you work with, your application status, and your answers to their application questions; for Matchmakers and Coaches, the Clients in your pool or on your roster, their status, and the reasons you record for accepting, declining or removing them
- when a Client and Matchmaker stop working together: the date the relationship ended and which of you ended it. Either of you can end it, and ending it is not permanent — a Client can apply to the same Matchmaker again later
- if a Client chooses to answer, the reason they give for leaving (from a fixed list) and anything they write in the free-text box. Answering is optional and skipping it has no effect on ending the relationship. A Matchmaker only ever sees these reasons as counts across all of their departed Clients — never an individual answer, and never the free text. See Section 13 (what other members of Ignite can see)
- where a Matchmaker ends a relationship, we ask them one question only: whether there is anything we should look into for safety reasons. We do not ask a Matchmaker to rate or give reasons about a Client, and we hold no such record
- the matches proposed to or by you, your response at each stage (whether you are interested in the profile, and separately in the photos, and how strongly), and any reason given for declining
- Spotlights created about you or by you, and whether they were approved
- coaching bookings, session credits, session length, cancellations and any cancellation reason
- referrals sent or received between Matchmakers and Coaches, including any handoff note and reward terms, and any discounted invitation a Matchmaker extends to a Client
- posts you publish to the Ignite feed, and the likes, saves and dismissals recorded on posts
- chat messages between you and other members
- in-app notifications sent to you and whether you have read them
- support queries and reports you submit to us
- your progress through account setup, including whether you completed onboarding and the in-app tour
Content and Communications DataAll members
- the chat messages you send and receive, in one-to-one conversations and in conversations with your Matchmaker or Coach, including their content, timestamps and whether they have been read
- the posts and media you publish to the Ignite feed, and their captions
- Spotlight content: the headline, sub-line and written slides a Matchmaker prepares about a Client, and low-resolution blurred versions of that Client's photos, which we generate so that a Spotlight can be shown before photos are unlocked
- other free text you write in the Services, including application answers, date-planning notes and profile notes
- reports you submit about another member, including the category, your description, and a snapshot of the relevant conversation captured as evidence at the time you report it
- support correspondence
Matchmaker and Coach Notes about ClientsInformation your Matchmaker or Coach records about you
- Matchmakers can record private notes about a Client, apply their own tags and labels, add their own observations to a Client's profile, build shortlists of candidates they are considering, and save search filters
- Coaches can record private notes, session notes, goals, game plans and homework for a Client, and track that Client's status and last session date
- This information is written by the Matchmaker or Coach, is about the Client, and is visible to that Matchmaker or Coach. Ignite staff can access it where necessary for safety, support, legal or security reasons. It is not shown to the Client unless the Matchmaker or Coach chooses to share it — for example, a game plan a Coach marks as shared. Section 18 (your rights regarding Personal Data) explains how you can ask for a copy
- Coaching on Ignite is non-medical and non-professional. Notes recorded by a Coach are not medical records and are not a substitute for professional care
Matching and Compatibility DataAll members
- To help Matchmakers and Coaches find people who may be a good fit, we convert the written and multiple-choice parts of your profile into a numerical representation of that text (a "profile embedding"). This is generated inside our own systems and is not sent to any third-party artificial intelligence service
- We calculate affinity and ranking scores from that representation, together with factors such as distance, your stated preferences and provider availability, in order to order the candidates and providers shown in the app
- We keep the outcomes of matching activity: the proposals you were part of, your stated level of interest, any reason you gave for declining, and whether a proposal ended and why
- These scores order lists. A human Matchmaker, not a score, decides who is introduced to whom. See Section 14 (automated decisions, account restrictions and safety enforcement)
Trust and Safety DataAll members
- the members you block and unblock, when you did so, and any reason you record. We do not tell a member that they have been blocked or unblocked. A block record is kept after you lift the block, as a history
- reports made by you or about you, including the category, description, priority, the internal queue the report was routed to, its status and its outcome
- evidence attached to a report, which may include a snapshot of the reported conversation as it stood when the report was made
- whether your ability to message, be introduced or otherwise interact has been restricted, frozen, suspended or ended, and why
- a record of accounts we have removed, kept so that a removed member cannot simply return
Technical DataAll members
- device type and model, and operating system and version
- app version and build number, and the version of any over-the-air update your device is running
- device language or locale, and time zone
- a push notification token for each device on which you enable notifications, and the platform of that device. Tokens are issued and used by Apple's and Google's push services and by our push delivery provider
- Internet or other electronic network activity information, including your Internet protocol (IP) address and country code, and the user agent your device or browser sends, which our hosting and backend providers record when your device connects to the Services
- authentication and session information, including sign-in and sign-out times, the session tokens stored on your device, and password reset requests
- diagnostic information received through our error monitoring provider: crash reports, error messages, stack traces, a trail of the actions leading up to an error, and performance traces for a sample of sessions. That tool is configured not to attach personal data to error reports
- if you use your device's biometric unlock (for example Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint) to open the app, the check is performed by your device's operating system and we receive only a pass or fail result. We never receive your fingerprint, face scan or any other biometric data
Usage DataAll members
- how you use the Ignite app: the features and screens you use, the applications you submit, the proposals and Spotlights you respond to and how, the shortlists, hearts, tags and saved filters Matchmakers and Coaches create, the likes, saves and dismissals recorded on feed posts, whether messages have been read, and whether you have completed onboarding and the in-app tour
- on the Ignite App Website, we use a privacy-preserving analytics tool that records aggregate page views and a small number of events, such as which audience page was opened and that a waitlist form was submitted. It does not set cookies and does not create a persistent identifier for you
- we use cookies and equivalent device storage only where necessary to operate the Services, for example to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences on your device. The Ignite app does not use browser cookies
- we do not use cross-site tracking technologies, we do not sell Personal Data, and we do not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising
Marketing DataAll members and waitlist subscribers
- your name and email address, where you ask to join the Ignite waitlist or to receive Ignite news and updates
- the role you told us you are interested in (Client, Matchmaker or Coach)
- whether you have consented to marketing email and when, and whether you have unsubscribed and when
- delivery and engagement information generated by our email provider, such as whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, and whether it bounced. See Section 20 (choices and control over your Personal Data)
Business and Enquiry DataPeople who contact us through the Ignite App Website
- your name, email address, the firm you are with, and the message you write, where you use the investor contact form
- We hold this in a separate database from the Ignite app. It is not linked to any member account, and a Matchmaker or Coach can never see it
Account Lifecycle and Consent RecordsAll members
- the date you created your account and whether you completed setup
- the version of this Policy, our Terms of Service and any separate notice or authorization that you accepted, and when you accepted it
- the consents you have given and withdrawn, and when
- whether you have asked us to delete your account and when, and the date on which your data was permanently erased
- privacy rights requests and appeals you submit, and the information we need to verify your identity before we act on them
- a record of administrative actions our staff take in relation to your account — what was done, when, and by whom — which we keep so that access to your information is accountable. See Section 17 (data security)

9. Age assurance and identity checks

Age. Age assurance on Ignite today is a declared date of birth, collected when you create your account and enforced in our systems so that an account cannot be created with a date of birth showing an age under 18. We may also act on information suggesting that a member is under 18, including reports from other members, and we delete accounts we determine to be underage.

Identity. We do not currently verify your identity against a government identity document, and we do not currently use face recognition, facial age estimation or any other biometric technology, either ourselves or through a provider.

Criminal background checks. Ignite does not conduct criminal background checks on Clients, Matchmakers or Coaches. We do not screen members against criminal records, sex offender registries or adverse media. Nothing we do is a substitute for your own judgment about a person you are introduced to, and our Terms of Service set out the safety practices we ask every member to follow.

Planned identity verification for paid providers. We intend to introduce identity verification for every paid provider — all Matchmakers and all Coaches — as a condition of onboarding, after our Beta period, because they are paid providers and verifying who they are helps us reduce fraud, prevent money laundering and keep unsuitable providers off the platform. When we do, we will update this Policy before the checks begin, tell you what the provider collects and retains, and obtain any separate consent or authorization the law requires — including a standalone written biometric consent if the process involves biometric identifiers.

10. How and why your Personal Data is used, and the basis for it

We process Personal Data on one or more of the following bases:

We will only use your Personal Data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

The table below sets out the purposes for which your Personal Data is processed and the basis we rely on. Some of these bases overlap, and more than one may justify the same processing.

Purpose or activityBasis for processing
Creating and maintaining your account, for all members.Performance of a contract
Confirming that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you reside in the United States.Performance of a contract; Compliance with legal obligations

Collecting and using information about a sensitive characteristic — ethnicity, religion and political views. Each is optional, and declining changes nothing about your access.Consent
Knowing your gender and the genders you are looking for, which together can reveal sexual orientation. We treat this as sensitive information, but we do not ask for your consent to it: matchmaking cannot be delivered without knowing who you want to meet, so asking would make consent the price of using Ignite. 11. Obtaining your Personal Data

We collect your Personal Data from the following sources:

12. Sharing your Personal Data

We share Personal Data with the following categories of recipients:

We do not sell your Personal Data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising. Ignite has no parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, so we do not share Personal Data within a corporate group.

13. What other members of Ignite can see

Ignite works by introducing people, so some of your Personal Data is shared with other members. It happens in stages, and you control most of it.

If you want to stop sharing with a particular member, you can block them at any time. See Section 20 (choices and control over your Personal Data).

14. Automated decisions, account restrictions and safety enforcement

Some decisions on Ignite are made automatically. We tell you about them here because we think you should know, and because we want you to know what to do if one affects you.

Ranking and shortlisting. We use the numerical representation of your profile described in Section 8 (categories of Personal Data), together with distance, stated preferences and provider availability, to order the candidates and providers shown in the app. This orders lists; it does not decide anything about you. A human Matchmaker, not a score, decides who is introduced to whom.

Immediate safety freeze. Where a report is made against your account in our most serious categories — including threats and concerns about physical safety — your ability to send messages, to propose introductions and to be introduced is suspended immediately and automatically, before any member of our staff has reviewed the report. We do this deliberately. Waiting for a human review before acting would leave a potentially unsafe interaction running, and the cost of pausing an account that turns out to have done nothing wrong is much lower than the cost of the alternative. This is not a finding that you did anything wrong, and it is not visible to other members.

A freeze can only be lifted by Ignite staff. When a freeze is applied:

No opt-out of safety enforcement. Some State privacy laws give you the right to opt out of profiling used to make decisions with a significant effect on you. That right does not extend to processing we carry out to prevent, detect and respond to fraud, abuse, illegal activity and threats to the safety of our members, and you cannot opt out of the safety freeze described above. You can always ask a person to review it.

Suspension and removal. Where a review shows a violation of our Terms of Service or the law, we may extend the restriction, suspend your account, or end it and keep a record so that the account cannot be recreated. Section 18 (your rights regarding Personal Data) explains your right to appeal a decision we make about a privacy request; the route above is how you contest a safety decision.

15. Consumer health data

Some of the information you can choose to give us when you plan a date — mobility needs, sensory needs and dietary needs — may be "consumer health data" under Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's health data law, and comparable laws. We treat this information as consumer health data for every member, wherever you live, and we apply these rules to it:

Our separate Ignite Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice describes this in full and is available from a dedicated link on the home page of the Ignite App Website, as required by Washington law. Requests about consumer health data can be made in the app under Settings → Your Privacy Rights, or by emailing privacy@igniteapp.co.

16. Where your Personal Data is processed

Ignite is a single Colorado limited liability company and the Services are offered only in the United States. Your Personal Data is processed in the United States, by us and by the service providers listed at Section 12 (sharing your Personal Data).

Some of our service providers operate infrastructure or support functions outside the United States. Where Personal Data is accessed from or transferred outside the United States for that purpose, we require the provider by contract to protect it to the standard described in this Policy and to process it only on our instructions. If you would like to know more about a specific provider, please contact us using the details at Section 23 (assistance and contact information).

17. Data security

We take the security of your Personal Data seriously, and we build Ignite so that a member's data is reachable only by the people who need it.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise that unauthorised access will never occur. If a breach affecting your Personal Data does occur, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, and we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.

18. Your rights regarding Personal Data

You have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. We extend all of them to every member of Ignite, wherever in the United States you live, and whether or not your State requires it. You may exercise them using the details at Section 23 (assistance and contact information), or in the app under Settings → Your Privacy Rights.

Global Privacy Control. Where your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal to the Ignite App Website, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not carry out any of those activities, so there is nothing for the signal to switch off, but we honour it as a matter of course.

19. Exercising your rights

See what we hold, without asking. If you have an Ignite account, you do not need to make a request to find out what we hold about you. In the app, under Settings → Your Privacy Rights → See what we hold about you, you can read your own record straight away. Nobody at Ignite is involved and nothing is emailed to you — you are signed in, so it is simply your own information.

Some things are not shown there: notes a Matchmaker or Coach has written about you, the written outcome of any report made about you, and anything you wrote yourself in the free-text box of an exit survey. The first two are yours to see but are written by someone else; the third is your own writing, but it describes a named provider, which is the same problem in reverse. All of them can mention other members, so a person has to read them first and remove anyone else's name. Ask for a copy as described below and we will do that.

How to make a request. In the app under Settings → Your Privacy Rights, or by emailing privacy@igniteapp.co. Please include enough information for us to identify your account, understand what you are asking for, and respond.

Verifying you. To protect your data against someone else asking for it, we need to be reasonably sure who you are before we act. We may ask you to confirm information we already hold, or to respond from the email address registered to your account. For a sensitive request we may ask for more. We may decline a request where we cannot verify your identity, and we will tell you why.

Where we send it. We send our response to the email address we already hold for you — the address on your account, or the address you originally gave us if you do not have one. We will not send your information to a different address on request, even if the request appears to come from you. This is deliberate: if someone else asks us for your data and gives us their own address, our answer goes to your inbox rather than theirs.

Authorised agents. You may use an authorised agent. We will ask for proof that you gave them permission — for example a signed authorisation or a valid power of attorney — and we may still ask to verify your identity directly.

How long we take. We will respond to a request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within those 45 days and may take up to a further 45 days. Requests to delete consumer health data are completed within 30 days. A request for a person to review a restriction on your account is answered within 10 business days — see Section 14 (automated decisions, account restrictions and safety enforcement). If we decline your request, you may appeal by writing to privacy@igniteapp.co with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line, and we will respond to an appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your State Attorney General.

Cost. Exercising your rights is free. We may charge a reasonable fee, or decline, only where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or repetitive — and we will explain our reasoning.

20. Choices and control over your Personal Data

Changing and deleting your information. You can update most of your Personal Data in the app at any time under Settings. You can request deletion of your account in the app; Section 21 (retention of Personal Data) explains what happens next. Changes may take a short time to take effect everywhere.

Blocking and unblocking another member. You can block any member at any time, and you can unblock them again whenever you choose. The list of people you have blocked is in the app under Settings, and it is yours to manage.

A block takes effect immediately and in both directions: neither of you will appear to the other in matching, proposals or messaging, and any introduction in progress between you is ended. We do not tell the person that you have blocked them, and we do not tell them if you unblock them.

Unblocking someone makes the two of you visible to each other again for future matching. It does not restore an introduction that the block ended, and it does not withdraw a report you made about them — a report is separate from a block, and is handled by our staff as described in Section 14 (automated decisions, account restrictions and safety enforcement). We keep a record of the blocks you have placed and lifted, and the dates, so that there is an accurate history if a safety question arises later.

Reporting. You can report a member or content from the report screen in the app. Section 14 (automated decisions, account restrictions and safety enforcement) explains what happens when you do.

Marketing email. With your consent, we send marketing email — Ignite news, launch updates, product announcements and occasional content we think you will find useful. We deliver these through our email marketing provider, which manages your subscription status and unsubscribe requests.

Push and in-app notifications. You control notifications in your device settings and in the app under Settings → Notifications.

Device permissions. The Ignite app asks for access to your camera and photo library so that you can add profile photos and post to the feed, and for permission to send notifications. You can grant or withdraw each of these in your device's Settings app at any time. The Ignite app does not ask for, and does not collect, your device's location. The location we hold is the ZIP code you enter and the approximate centre point of that ZIP code. We work that centre point out ourselves, on our own systems, using publicly available US Census data. Your ZIP code is not sent to any outside company in order to do it.

21. Retention of Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. What we keep, and for how long, depends on the circumstances. Our normal periods are:

How long we keep a report depends on what it was about, because the reasons for keeping one do not all expire at the same time:

22. Additional U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

These disclosures supplement the rest of this Policy. Because we apply the strictest applicable standard to every member (see Section 1), the rights and protections described here are available to you wherever in the United States you live. All terms defined elsewhere in this Policy have the same meaning here. For these disclosures, Personal Data does not include publicly available information or deidentified or aggregated information kept in a form that cannot be linked to you.

No sale, and no targeted advertising. We do not sell Personal Data. We do not share Personal Data for the purpose of showing advertisements selected on the basis of Personal Data obtained or inferred over time from your activity across different businesses, websites, applications or services. We do not use cross-site tracking technologies. This includes sensitive information, which we never sell or share for advertising. Nevada residents, and everyone else, may still submit a sale opt-out request using the details at Section 23, and we will confirm our position in writing.

Sensitive information. The following information we collect may be classified as "sensitive" under one or more State privacy laws. We collect each item only with your consent, only where it serves a purpose described in this Policy, and never for advertising:

You may withdraw consent for any of these at any time, and ask us to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive information, under Section 18 (your rights regarding Personal Data).

Categories of Personal Data collected, by statutory category. For clarity under California law and equivalent laws, the Personal Data described at Section 8 falls into these categories: identifiers; customer records; protected classification characteristics; commercial information; internet or other network activity; sensory information, being the photos and media you upload; professional information, where a Matchmaker or Coach tells us about their practice; consumer health data; the contents of communications; inferences, being the matching and compatibility data described at Section 8; and other Personal Data such as your communication preferences and support history. We do not collect education records, genetic data, union membership, immigration status, or biometric information.

Sources, purposes and disclosure. See Section 11 (obtaining your Personal Data), Section 10 (how and why your Personal Data is used, and the basis for it), and Sections 12 and 13 (sharing your Personal Data; what other members of Ignite can see). Each category of Personal Data described at Section 8 may be disclosed for a business purpose to the categories of recipient listed at Section 12.

Deidentified information. We may create deidentified information from Personal Data. Where we do, we keep and use it in deidentified form and do not attempt to reidentify it, except as required or permitted by law.

Appeals. See Section 19 (exercising your rights).

Minors. The Services are strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18, we do not sell or share the Personal Data of minors, and we delete accounts we determine to be underage. See Section 4 (applicability of this Policy).

Financial incentives. We do not offer any financial incentive, price difference or service difference in exchange for your Personal Data. Ignite does operate a provider referral arrangement and allows a Matchmaker to extend a discounted invitation to a Client; neither asks you to give up Personal Data to receive a benefit, so neither is a financial incentive under California law. The commercial terms of those arrangements are in our Terms of Service.
