This page collects, in one place, the choices you have about your Personal Data on Ignite and how to make them. It adds nothing to our Privacy Policy; every statement here is drawn from it, and if the two ever differ the Privacy Policy governs. Some U.S. State laws ask for a page with this name, and some ask us to say plainly what we do and do not do with your information. This is that page.
Because we do not sell, share or target-advertise, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" switch to flip. If that ever changes, this page and the Privacy Policy will say so first, and you will be asked before anything new happens.
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal or a similar opt-out preference signal to the Ignite App Website, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not carry out any of those activities, so there is nothing for the signal to switch off, but we honour it as a matter of course.
If you have an Ignite account, most choices are in the app under Settings → Your Privacy Rights:
You do not need an account, and you do not need to be a member, to exercise your rights. Write to us using the details below and tell us which right you are exercising. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and the Privacy Policy (Section 19) explains how and how quickly we respond.

If we decline a request, or you disagree with how we handled it, you can appeal by replying to our decision or writing to the address above with "Appeal" in the subject line. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it where we can arrange that. You can also complain to your State Attorney General.
We will not deny you Services, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of Service because you exercised a right described here or in the Privacy Policy.
